Introducing the New
Construction Administrative Professional Series (CAPS)

A tight economy and limited resources leads to more "CAPS" being worn on fewer personnel which is a growing problem within our industry.  EUCA has taken action on this by launching a new service and educational program called CAPS (Construction Administrative Professional Series).  The program is designed to address the following business needs:

• Improving competence and performance for office and operations;
• Training in administration, HR and finance to address varied skill levels and company turnover;
• Expanding internal management development for office staff of member firms.

EUCA is the first Association in the nation to roll out a program like this for construction office professionals.  We care about our members at every level and our goal is to ensure that your company is efficient in its everyday practices.
