The Project Management Career Advancement Program (PMCA) focuses on business and management skills that are used daily in the construction industry. The program is structured to give students a "Big Picture" perspective, while giving them tools that will enhance their abilities as project managers and construction professionals, right away.
Emphasis is placed on specific skill sets that are essential for successful performance in the construction industry, from the critical details of managing projects to developing skills to become an effective leader. Keeping participants actively engaged in the learning process and encouraging participation creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere. Whether it's learning about documenting claims or financial analysis, participants gain valuable information while building interpersonal relationships with their peers in the industry.

- Cost: $990 per person for courses
- Courses: 9 courses over 9 weeks
- Class Size: 31 participants (max)
- Times: 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, with dinner served at 5:00 pm

- Target Audience: New project managers, individuals coming from college or making the transition from the field to the office, and construction professionals
