In response to the impending workforce crisis facing the construction industry, EUCA is developing a comprehensive cutting edge recruiting and retention tool to help our members identify potential quality employees and retain key talent. The EUCA product will focus on presenting the construction industry as a lucrative career path and will provide methods of recruiting and retaining high caliber employees that are essential to a business plan.
Operating Engineer Local 3 Partnership
EUCA has partnered with the Operating Engineers Local #3 (OE3) to establish a Workforce Development and Resource Partnering Program. This partnership hopes to encourage attitudanal changes supportive of the construction industry, and to build and sustain the diversity needed for employees of the next generation to succeed.
