The Association
The Engineering & Utility Contractors Association represents the next generation in construction industry leadership. We are a group of 400+ contractors, vendors, and engineering and design firms connected to each other and committed to taking action and getting results.
EUCA members perform more than $ 5 billion in contracts and employ over 25,000 union craft workers every year. Our members include industry leading contractors in grading, paving, utility, bridge, power, transit rail, airport and similar heavy engineering work throughout the Western U.S. Because of them, EUCA is the largest and most influential union contractors association in the Western United States.
