EUCA'S LARGEST INDUSTRY EVENT

The Annual BBQ is EUCA's largest construction industry event.  The BBQ provides a casual and friendly atmosphere to network with your peers while enjoying great food and cold brew.  Don't miss this opportunity to create new relationships for your business and the show off your vintage car or custom motorcycle.

Who Attends

Each year the BBQ is attended by contractor and associate members, potential members, union organizations, political guests and EUCA affiliates.  Last year we had over 600 people in attendance.  We hope you will join us this year for a relaxing and enjoyable evening with peers.

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will be recognized at the BBQ, EUCA magazine and post-event press release.  Submit digital company logo by July 16 to jrogers@euca.com .  In order to receive full recognition,  sponsorships must be received by July 29.   

$750 Rock & Roll Sponsor - Includes 6 dinner registrations, company logo on banner and website.  Company name on signage and event program.  Business card ad in EUCA magazine.

$500 Daddy-O Sponsor - Includes 4 dinner registrations and company logo on website.  Company name on signage and event program.

$250 Made-in-the-Shade Sponsor - Includes company logo on website and company name on signage and event program.

Raffle

Raffle item contributors will be recognized at the BBQ, EUCA magazine and post-event press release.  Provide raffle donations by July 30 to Jenn Rogers at the EUCA office.  Raffle proceeds benefit the EUCA Scholarship Fund.  

Hot Rod and Custom Bike Show

Show off your vintage vehicle or custom motorcycle (NEW THIS YEAR) at the BBQ.  Fellow EUCA members will vote for their favorite hot rod and motorcylce.  Only pre-registered vehicles and motorcycles will be allowed at the BBQ.  Cars and bikes must arrive at the Fairgrounds by 4pm.  Cars and bikes that arrive after 4pm will not be included in the show.  Two complimentary drink tickets will be given for each car and bike registration.  Register  today!

              Hot Rod  - Vehicles must be from 1977 or older.

             Custom Bikes - Custom motorcycles only, please.
